We are communicating at many levels of awareness, of the distant past, the undeveloped future, and this present state of being. Let us breathe deeply and experience completely, those decisions that remind us we are empowered to reach for well being.
By relaxing often, breathing deeply-- our ability to see, to be, and transform is enhanced. Let us breathe in happiness and peace, let us breathe out fear and discontent.
Let us be kind as we recognize one another on the life path, for surely yours is a friendly face on the road.. Let us not be too busy with our burden to miss those that walk with us.. Our burden is much lighter when we walk in harmony with one another, finding balance in what is here, now, present.
